This work boot was planted with bright summer flowers. It sat on an antique table, next to the old fence that ran beside my gallery in Wellfleet, MA. When I saw it, I thought who would ever plant flowers in what appeared to be an army boot? But it worked and I enjoyed the changes the flowers went though over the summer!
